THE REASON: MY WAIST IS ALMOST THE SAME SIZE AS MY BUTT--FULLNESS IN THE LOWER PART, GIVES ME BALANCE. I KINDA LOOK LIKE A BOY WITH BOOBS. THE HATS AND SCARVES? I JUST LIKE EM!
